We process account data, billing-related data needed to process payments, uploaded media and verification documents (including government ID and consent forms for creators and depicted models), usage logs, and communications. Legal bases include contract performance, legal obligations (including age/consent record-keeping), and legitimate interests in securing and moderating the platform.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers (hosting, CDN, payment processors, email) under appropriate agreements. International transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable under GDPR/Irish law. Complaints may also be lodged with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
