These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of OnlyWAM (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. The governing law is the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Merchant responsibility for content

OnlyWAM c/o Remotion Digital Ltd. is solely responsible for all content available on the Website, including user-generated content, chat, live streams, video/audio calls, and shop listings. Content creators are not independently responsible in place of the merchant; the merchant reviews and remains accountable for publication.

2. Content monitoring and moderation

All posts, reels, stories, shop products, and galleries are subject to review before publication. Content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law is rejected or removed. Live chat, direct messages, video/audio calls, and cam/live shows are monitored through a combination of automated tooling (where enabled), user reports, and human review. Reported illegal or non-consensual content is treated under our Complaints Policy.

3. Pricing, billing and trials

Prices for subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view, and shop items are shown clearly before you confirm payment. Where a creator offers a trial or promotional period, the length of that trial, the subsequent recurring charge amount, and the billing interval are disclosed at checkout. Unless you cancel before the end of a trial or promotional period, your payment method will be charged the disclosed recurring amount on the disclosed schedule. Wallet top-ups are one-time charges for the amount you select.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account (Subscriptions / Billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period unless required by law or our Refund Policy. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the paid period.

5. Refund policy

Digital content that has been unlocked or consumed is generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds or wallet credits at our discretion for duplicate charges, proven technical failure preventing delivery, or unauthorized transactions reported promptly. Refund requests should be sent via the Contact page or to our support email. Card statement disputes should also follow the billing partner instructions shown in our footer when a card processor is active.

6. Third-party links

User profiles or content may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content outside our monitoring capabilities. Links that are found to contain illegal or violating content will be removed. External cam or adult sites beyond our control must not be linked; such links will be removed when discovered.

7. Complaints

See our Complaints Policy. Illegal or non-consensual content reported to us will be removed within 24 hours. All other complaints are handled fairly and consistently with the aim of resolving them within 5 days.

8. Anti-slavery

Use of the Website to promote or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, or modern slavery is strictly prohibited. See our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.

9. Age restriction

The Website is for adults only (18+). You must confirm you are at least 18 years old before accessing adult content.
