How to complain

Users, creators, and depicted models may submit a complaint via the Contact page, in-app report buttons, or by emailing hello@onlywam.com. Please include URLs, usernames, screenshots, and a clear description.

Illegal or non-consensual content

If illegal content or content depicting a person without their consent is reported, we will remove it within 24 hours of receiving a sufficiently detailed report.

Other complaints

All other complaints are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim of resolving them to the complainant’s satisfaction whenever possible within 5 days.
